On Saturday, April 18, 2015, Charm IT! and Crayola held an event at Dylan’s Candy Bar. The Event was held to encourage children to design and create their very own one of a kind charm and enter it into the Charm IT! design contest.
The afternoon’s main objective was a CHARM IT! and Crayola Design-A-Charm contest, in which kids, ages 14 and under, draw a charm on paper that they would love to see added as the CHARM IT! website. This is a great way for your child to explore its creative imagination. Each child needs an outlet to show what they can do, and this contest gives them a chance to express themselves.
Your child can have a chance to enter the contest also. Here are the answers to some typical questions regarding the contest.
How do I get an Official Entry Form and Contest Rules
The official entry form with contest rules are available on www.shopcharm-it.com and at participating relators.
Does the Design have to be drawn on the Official Entry Form
Yes, in order for entry to be considered, each design must be drawn on the Official Entry Form with the required information filled in. Please note a parent or legal guardian signature must be included with the entry form. You can submit more than one design, however each entry must be drawn on the Official Entry Form. You are allowed to use crayons, colored pencils, markers, and other materials.
How can I submit my entry form
Each entry must either be emailed to contests@highintensity.com with the subject “CHARM IT! Crayola Creativity Contest” or you can mail it to:

When are the entry forms due
Emailed entry forms must be received on or before May 6, 2015 12pm EST. Mailed entry forms must be postmarked on or before May 6, 2015.
How will the winners be selected?
Entries will be judged based upon the following criteria (a) design’s ability to be reproduced as a CHARM IT! charm (50%), (b) creative appeal of design and colors (25%), and (c) uniqueness of design (25%). Twelve winners will be selected and announced on May 20,2015. Each winner will receive the awesome title of CHARM IT! Guest Designer and have their charm design produced and sold nationwide, get a $100 USD gift certificate to www.shopcharm-it.com and a single $1,500 USD donation of Crayola product will be made to the Kids in Need Foundation in honor of the winners by Crayola.
