The Pink Thread Project Is Back

This is not a compensated or sponsored post. I was provided the product for review purposes only. All opinions expressed here are my own.

October is right around the corner, which means cooler weather, shorter days and back to school swing. It is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month. There are many organizations and businesses that fundraise and support the cause, but there is one effort that I feel was new and unique and I wanted to share it with you.

It is the Pink Thread Project.

The Pink Thread Project is a way that anyone can elevate awareness of the need for preventative care and screening and show their support for BreastCancer.org and their efforts for fundraising, education and research. Now through the end of the month, Lands’ End, the organization is leading the way with the Pink Thread Project.

Just order and apply one of the six pink thread icons on any Lands’ End item that can be embroidered, such as totes, scarves and other items. Then Lands’ End will donate $4.50 from $6 embroidery fee to the BreastCancer.org.

Additionally, Lands’ End has curated an assortment of pink accessories to further support the campaign, including totes, sock sets and scarves, and is donating 25% of net proceeds to BCRF for every item sold.

Simply Shopping can be change the life of all women. Head over to Land’s End and do your part to help wipe out this disease.
